Message us on WhatsApp with your event details: type, date, number of guests and your invitation design if you have one. We will arrange the rest with you.
Yes. The system generates a final invitation for every guest with their name and a unique QR code.
When an invitation that was already checked in is scanned, the organizer app shows a duplicate check-in warning, and the arrival does not count again.
The event host gets a private link with their guest list. Next to each name is a button that sends the invitation via WhatsApp or the phone's share menu, with the chosen message text.
No. The guest receives an image of their invitation with its code and shows it on their phone at the door.
The reception team can search for the guest by name in the organizer app and check them in.
Yes. The attendance board shows total invited, checked in, pending and the attendance rate, and it updates with every check-in.
Yes. We use your design with a space set aside for the QR code, like the samples in the gallery.
The standard package costs 2 SAR and the smart package costs 3 SAR per invitation, with an accept and decline system that shows you who accepted and who declined. Message us on WhatsApp with your guest count and we will work out the total.
