Acceptance

By using the website or ordering Dawah services you agree to these terms.

The service

• A digital invitation for every guest with their name and a unique QR code.
• A private client page for your event to send the invitations.
• An organizer app that works with the event code, and a live attendance board.

Ordering and delivery

Orders, details and design are agreed on WhatsApp. Your client page link is delivered within two business days at most, after the details and design are confirmed. The cost depends on the event and the number of guests and is agreed before work starts.

How invitations work

• Sending is done from the client page by the event host with a tap; the website never sends messages on its own.
• Each invitation counts once; a used invitation shows a duplicate check-in.
• The attendance board shows who has not arrived yet and does not record guests leaving.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate guest and event data.
• Make sure you hold the rights to the design you provide.
• Keep the event code and the client page link confidential.
• Use the service for lawful purposes only.

Service limits

Scanning and check-in depend on the phone, the internet and the lighting at the door. When a scan is not possible the team can search by name and check the guest in manually inside the app.
